Lost & Found

30 Jan

It happened back in August.

I think somewhere in south-west Spain.

I don’t know how and I don’t know why.

Maybe it can be put down to the Andalucian sun frazzling my brain.

Perhaps it was due to the soporifc slowdown in our pace of life (or the moderately increased alcohol intake!).

Or maybe it was just whisked away by a particularly strong gust of the levante that halted our progress through the Straits of Gibraltar.

But it happened…..my blogging mojo went missing!!! Without so much as a “cheerio” or even “hasta luego”, it was gone without a trace.

I searched high and low but there was absolutely no sign of it. Encouragement and cajoling from the skipper and visiting crew bore no fruit, it was well and truly gone!

Then, whaddya know! I woke up this morning……and there it was! Hopping from one foot to another with excitement and raring to go!

So, it looks like there are a few gaps to fill in… but, hey, it’s only 5 months worth! No problem! Just watch this space!
